Business needs
Production teams work in close collaboration with the purchasing, quality, and after-sale departments to ensure the highest quality assembly and distribution of their products.
Collaboration involves the management of various incidents, which are always handled manually by e-mail and consolidated in Excel spreadsheets in each department.
Few examples of incidents managed :
To ensure visibility in the handling of these incidents (department concerned, managers and management team, status of the incident, etc.), there was an urgent need for a tool to centralise and transmit information in real time.
The challenge was to simplify the work of each staff member and gain in efficiency by sharing information to have a clear view of activity.
iMHProvement deployment
ISIMAN Suite was used to create iMHProvement, MHCS’s internal compliance management software, with external access for their suppliers. This customised business software meets the needs for more efficiency with effective collaboration.
Initially deployed for the group’s champagne houses, Veuve Cliquot, Krug, Moët & Chandon and Ruinart, the software has now been extended to the Hennessy cognac brand and the Glenmorangie and Ardbeg whisky brands.
iMHProvement is a centralised solution for managing all nonconformity that has been proving its worth for several years. Now, the idea is to make it the benchmark solution for the entire LVMH Wines & Spirits division.”
iMHProvement benefits & future
iMHProvement is a specific development based on a functional brick in the ISIMAN Suite. The software is scalable according to the needs of MHCS users.
The software has proved its worth over several years in more than 5 LVMH group houses/brands. The aim is to extend the use of iMHProvement to distribution hubs for declaring nonconformity.
MHCS’s aim is to extend iMHProvement to all LVMH wine and spirits houses, namely 25 houses internationally, including Chandon Argentina, Chandon USA, Newton USA, Belvedere in Poland, and several houses in France, including Armand de Brignac and Esclans.
